Refund Policy

All products sold by Ascended Faith Clothing are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue and packaging.

All claims are subject to a formal review. Ascended Faith Clothing reserves the right to deny any claim that shows signs of intentional damage, wear and tear, or fraudulent activity.

Once your claim is investigated and approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. We reserve the final authority to determine if a claim meets our quality standards for approval.

Proof Requirement

Photo evidence is required to process damaged or incorrect item claims. Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer, Please refer to our size charts before ordering

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen display variations

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
